Gentle Yoga is a class that will focus on balance, stretching, strengthening and breathing.
Noelle Knowles is a registered yoga teacher with Light Within Yoga who also guides yoga at the White Lake Community Library.
Please bring a mat, water bottle and silence your phone for each session to allow yourself to focus.

WDS Senior Participating Members (60+) and live within the following municipalities: Blue Lake Township, City of Montague, City of Whitehall, Fruitland Township, White River Township and Whitehall Township.
Class fee is $7.00/week or $49.00/session.
WDS Resident Members (18+ to 59) live within the Whitehall School District boundaries.
Class fee is $8.00/week or $56.00/session.
Non-Resident: (18+) and live outside the Whitehall School District boundaries
Class fee is $10/week or $70.00/session.
