Energize
Exercise has a profound effect on our vitality and overall well-being. Staying active can help to reduce pain, improve your energy level and increase your strength. In Energize participants will participate in stretching, low impact aerobics, cardio drumming and floor stretches on a mat. This is a class where you will have fun!
Required supplies: Mat for floor stretches.
NOTE: Class will not meet on Monday, July 4th due to the holiday.

Price Varies by Age and Municipality:
WDS Senior Participating Member (60+) and live within the following municipalities: Blue Lake Township, City of Montague, City of Whitehall, Fruitland Township, White River Township and Whitehall Township.
Class fee is $12.00/session
WDS Resident Members (18+ to 59) live within the Whitehall School District boundaries.
Class fee is $30.00/session
Non-Resident (18+) and live outside the Whitehall School District boundaries.
Class fee is $48.00/session
