Energize
Exercise has a profound effect on our vitality and overall well-being. Staying active can help to reduce pain, improve your energy level and increase your strength. In Energize participants will participate in stretching, low impact aerobics, cardio drumming and floor stretches on a mat. This is a class where you will have fun!
Required supplies: Large exercise ball and mat for floor stretches.
Class will not met on July 3, 2023 or July 6, 2023 for the holidays.

WDS Senior Participating Member (60+) and live within the following municipalities: Blue Lake Township, City of Whitehall, Fruitland Township, White River Township and Whitehall Township.
Class fee is $2.00/week.
WDS Resident Member (18+ to 59) and live within the Whitehall School District boundaries.
Class fee is $8.00/week.
Non-Resident (18+) and live outside the Whitehall School District boundaries
Class fee is $10.00/week.
