Zumba Gold (18+) gentle and beginner friendly is designed to bring people together in the moment, to danc3 and sweat it on!
How It Works: We take the "work" out of a workout by mixing low-impact and low intensity moves for an interval -style, calorie burning dance fitness FIESTA! These classes are slow-paced cardio fitness that fuse Latin dance moves with fitness variations.
Once the South American/World Rhythms (Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggeaton, Bachata, etc.) moves take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise.
You don't need to be a dance to feel welcome in this Dance Fitness Class!
