Exercise has a profound effect on our vitality and overall well-being. Staying active can help to reduce pain, improve your energy level and increase your strength. In Energize participants will participate in stretching, low impact aerobics, cardio drumming and floor stretches on a mat. This is a class where you will have fun!
Required supplies: Large exercise ball and mat for floor stretches.

Price Varies by Age and Municipality
WDS Senior Participating Member (60+) and live within the following municipalities: Blue Lake Township, City of Whitehall, Fruitland Township and White River Township. Class fee is $2.00/week. WDS Resident Member (18+ to 59) and live within the Whitehall School District boundaries. Class fee is $8.00/week. Non-Resident (18+) and live outside the Whitehall School District boundaries Class fee is $10.00/week. |
