RECLAIM YOUR HEALTH - Livestrong with the Muskegon YMCA

We help cancer survivors reclaim their lives by focusing on their health, not the disease. Our classes use traditional exercise methods to help ease survivors back into fitness.

• 12 week program led by Y staff trained in supportive cancer care.
• Focus on building muscle mass and strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance, fighting fatigue and building endurance.
• No cost to participate
